Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage today announced its merger with Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Associates. Dyson & Dyson, one of Southern California's most creative and successful independent real estate firms, will bring its seven offices in San Diego and two in Orange County into Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Bob Dyson, co-owner of Dyson & Dyson, will become president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego. His wife and co-owner, Loraine Dyson, will become vice president of marketing for the new company.
