Dynamics Research Corporation Names Lieutenant General Charles P. McCausland to Board of Directors.

DRC was founded in 1955 by a small group of engineers from the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
 (Nasdaq:DRCO) today announced that retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Charles P. McCausland has been named to the Dynamics Research Corporation Board of Directors. He was elected to serve as a Class I Director, with a term expiring in 2003, filling the vacancy created by Martin V. Joyce, Jr. in October 2002. Mr. Joyce resigned from the Board after accepting a position with a company that could potentially be a competitor of DRC DRC Democratic Republic of Congo

. General McCausland has agreed to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board.

. In his capacity as director, he was a member of the Joint Logistics Commanders. Prior to being assigned to the Defense Logistics Agency, General McCausland held a variety of senior positions in the Air Force Logistics Command Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC) was a former United States Air Force command. Its headquarters was located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. On July 1, 1992, AFLC and Air Force Systems Command were merged to form the Air Force Materiel Command, also located at . He also served as Commander of the Ogden Air Logistics Center in Utah.

Since retirement, he has been active with industry, government and education. He is currently a member of the advisory board, Franklin Program in Transportation and Distribution Management, Syracuse University. He is a Director and President of the Ontario County Association for Retarded Children and a Trustee of the Finger Lakes Community College Finger Lakes Community College is a college affiliated with the State University of New York. The college has three locations: Canandaigua (the main campus) Geneva, and Newark, in order to serve the needs of several counties in the Finger Lakes region of New York. , both in Canandaigua, New York Canandaigua, New York can refer to two local governmental bodies and a lake, all in Ontario County, New York:
