In a move that could bring some welcome relief to sponsors of troubled co-op and condominium condominium

* Pricing: Based on its analysis of all pertinent factors, Dynamic submits to a sponsor a recommended marketing strategy price structure for rent-stabilized and decontrolled apartments. This price suggested has been engineered to enable the selling agent to accomplish the targeted number of sales.

* Financing: Sponsors holding majority positions should be prepared to offer sponsor financing to prospective purchasers. However, Dynamic is working with various lenders to encourage them to offer financing based on the number of units in contract.

, Dynamic agents contact all of the tenants by letter, phone, private appointment, in workshops, seminars, lobby meetings and conferences with family members and financial advisors.
