Dynamex Selected as a Tier 1 Carrier for Chrysler.

DALLAS -- Dynamex Inc. (NASDAQ:DDMX), the leading provider of same-day delivery and logistics services in the United States and Canada, today announced the Company has been named a Tier 1 carrier for Chrysler. As a Tier 1 carrier for Chrysler, Dynamex will provide transborder and domestic expedited premium freight transportation service in the United States and Canada. This service will be utilized by Chrysler in order to address situations like unexpected inventory shortages and/or increased production schedules creating immediate need for material from vendors to the OEM plants for fulfillment.

Dynamex will address these needs by utilizing truck capacity that is satellite technology equipped linked with a centralized North American Operations Dispatch Center. For more than 15 years, Dynamex has possessed a strong emergency freight capability, initially in Canada and then on a transborder basis and more recently for domestic services in the United States.

Dynamex is a FAST/CSA approved carrier by the US and Canadian Governments. This allows Dynamex and clients like Chrysler to have freight flowing across the border without delays utilizing Customs FAST lane thereby allowing tight production schedules to be met on-time with required material.

Dynamex has an excellent service track record for on-time delivery and is ISO 9001 certified executing consistent standard operating processes for Air Charter and Surface Expedite time critical freight primarily for the Automotive, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and High Tech industries.
