Dynamex Announces Management Changes.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Dynamex Inc. (Nasdaq:DYMX) announced today that Robert Capps and John Wellik, respectively the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Controller, are leaving Dynamex. Dynamex also announced that Jeff MacDowell, previously Managing Director, Corporate Development, has been promoted to Vice President - Finance and Corporate Development. Schmitz will join the Company as Vice President - Controller. Mr. Schmitz is previously the Vice President and Controller of EEX EEX European Energy Exchange EEX Enter Exponent Corporation, a $3 billion energy, oil field services and engineering and construction company.
