Dynamex Announces Acquisitions in Denver and Winnipeg.


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1998--Dynamex Inc. (Nasdaq:DYMX) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the operations of Colorado Courier and Distribution, Inc. of Denver, Colo. and Alpine ALPINE Antihypertensive Treatment and Lipid Profile in a North of Sweden Efficacy Evaluation (drug trial)
ALPINE Advanced Logistics Program Integration and Engineering
 Enterprises, Ltd. of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Both companies are engaged in the same-day transportation business and have combined annual revenues of more than $4,000,000. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
