DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 1998--Dynamex Inc. (Nasdaq:DYMX) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Cannonball Inc. in Chicago Chicago, city, United States

Cannonball is one the oldest and most recognized same day transportation companies in the Chicago area and has annual revenues of more than $9,000,000. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
