Dynacq Reports 16th Consecutive Revenue Increase.

Dynacq International Inc. (Nasdaq:DYII) announced today another record-setting net income for the third quarter of its fiscal year, ending May 31, 2001. Third quarter net income increased by 54% to $2,782,617 from $1,809,945 for the third quarter of the previous year. Net income per common share was $0.20 as compared to $0.13 for the third quarter of last year.
