HOUSTON--(BW HealthWire)--Nov. 30, 2000

Dynacq International Inc. (Nasdaq:DYII) reports still another record year ending Aug. 31, 2000, with a 120% increase in net income from $2,663,832 to $5,858,406. Net revenue increased by $9,819,785 or 61%. Record setting earnings per share were $0.87 as compared to $0.41 the prior year, a 112% increase.
