Dynacq International Inc. (Nasdaq:DYII) reported another record year ending August 31, 2001 with an 89% increase in net income from $5,858,406 to $11,060,808. Net revenue increased by $17,771,178, or 68%. Basic earnings per share were $0.76 as compared to $0.43 the prior year, a 77% increase.
