HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2002

DYNACQ International Inc. (Nasdaq:DYII) reported another successful year of growth in earnings for fiscal year '02 ending Aug. 31, with a 39.58% increase in net income from $11,060,808 to $15,439,179. Net revenue increased by $21,079,616 or 48.12%. Basic earnings per share were $1.05 as compared to $0.76 the prior year, an increase of 38.16%.
