DynaGen.Dynagen announced a settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed by over 1,000 Odessa residents living near the rubber-producing facility. Settlement discussions have been ongoing and an agreement was reached after Dynagen responded to the latest request from a settlement committee formed by the plaintiffs.
