DynCorp International Names Robert B. Rosenkranz to Head Division.


IRVING, Texas -- Robert B. Rosenkranz has joined DynCorp International as president of its International Technical Services (ITS) division. The ITS division is responsible for contracts worth more than $1 billion, including important contracts in international police training, security, humanitarian services, land-mine removal, and anti-narcotics support.

Mr. Rosenkranz comes to DI from KEI Pearson, a defense contractor in Northern Virginia and a subsidiary of Pearson plc, a global education and media company, where he was vice-president for business development. Previously, he was general manager of Beamhit, a marksmanship-simulation product company that was acquired by L-3 Communications and placed under its MPRI subsidiary.

Mr. Rosenkranz had a 34-year career in the United States Army United States Army
