Quest, a leading residential real estate brokerage firm, today announced the launch of the Residential Referral Network.

This unique program allows licensed commercial real estate brokers to refer clients, friends and family members who are looking to buy, sell or rent an apartment to Dwelling Quest. Once the deal is closed, Dwelling Quest will provide the referring broker with a substantial commission.

"We will act as the commercial brokerage firm's outsourced residential real estate department," says Daren W. Hornig, president and chief executive officer, Dwelling Quest. "No other company in the industry offers this type of formalized for·mal·ize

Kirschenbaum, the Residential Referral Network's director, says the division offers significant benefits. "Through the Residential Referral Network, commercial brokers will now have access to an additional--and previously unavailable--revenue stream. It also allows them to provide additional value to their clients. As for Dwelling Quest, we benefit by expanding our residential real estate footprint The amount of geographic space covered by an object. Attorneys and real estate management companies can also refer clients to the Residential Referral Network. "Lawyers, by virtue of their admission into the bar, are licensed real estate brokers," notes Kirschenbaum. "They can refer those within their spheres of influence, as well as their own clients, as long as they are not representing them in the same real estate transactions."

The Residential Referral Network offers a complete set of services including: Matching of clients with highly-experienced and knowledgeable residential real estate agents; Mortgage services through Mortgage Quest, Dwelling Quest's sister company; Access to all listing services; Co-brokering with other residential real estate firms; Creative marketing and communication campaigns that attract qualified buyers and sellers; Access to www.dwellingquest.com, the company web site that attracts more than three million hits per month
