Dutch Tax Authority Selects SPL WorldGroup Customer Care & Billing for Its Credit and Collections Capabilities.

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands -- SPL(R) Customer Care and Billing to Administer Tax Collection and Refunds for the Kingdom of the Netherlands' 12 Million Taxpayers

The system will process more than 60 million receivables, 90 million payments and 40 million refunds annually and help standardize collection procedures.

SPL CC&B will enable the Dutch Tax Authority to implement its vision of:

SPL CC&B will be the cornerstone of the Dutch Tax Authority's "Collection Project," an initiative to consolidate and standardize individual taxpayer data generated from over 30 separate tax systems across the country.
