Duska Therapeutics, Inc. Names Dr. Amir Pelleg Chairman of the Board.

BALA CYNWYD, Pa. -- Duska Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB:DSKT), a development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on ATP-related diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, today announced that Dr. Manfred Mosk has voluntarily resigned his position as Chairman of the Board to pursue other opportunities. Dr. Pelleg, Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Duska, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board in addition to his current positions. Dr. Pelleg will continue to direct Duska's day-to-day operations and its research and development efforts. Dr. Mosk will continue to serve the Company as a key member of Duska's Scientific Advisory Board.
