Dunlap Resources - Completion of Private Placement.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1996--DUNLAP RESOURCES LTD. (the "company") is pleased to announce that it has on this day completed the previously announced private placement of 1,719,642 Special Warrants of the company, 1,469,642 of which have been issued at a price of $0.56 each and 250,000 of which have been issued to insiders of the company at a price of $0.60 each.

In addition, the company issued 67,500 Special Warrants to Pacific International Securities Inc. at a deemed price of $.56 each in payment of its commission for acting as the company's agent for the placement of 900,000 of the above Special Warrants.

Dunlap Resources Ltd. is involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold, silver and base metal properties in Labrador - Canada, Kalimantan - Indonesia and Chile - South America.
