) (the "Company") is pleased to report that a ground geophysical survey is now underway on its 100% owned Dunite dunite

Yellowish green to green igneous rock composed almost entirely of olivine. Chromite and magnetite also occur in dunite, as do spinel, ilmenite, pyrrhotite, and platinum in some cases. Dunites may be a source of chromium. Places of occurrence include Dun Mtn.
Hill Project. Dunite Hill is one of six key target areas on its MAN nickel-copper-platinum group element (PGE PGE Pacific Gas and Electric Company

PGE Prostaglandin E

) property, Alaska.

Highlights of the Dunite Hill target include (see news release of December 12, 2002 for details):

-- Similarities to the giant Noril'sk Ni-Cu-PGE deposit in Russia

in terms of age, geology, geochemistry and tectonomagmatic

setting.

-- Possible massive to disseminated sulphide mineralization Mineralization

the Dunite Hill Complex.

The objective of the survey is to confirm and provide detailed survey coverage over regional geophysical anomalies in order to define drill targets for a proposed summer 2003 drill program. The current survey, over approximately 100 line miles of grid, includes a ground loop electromagnetic survey (UTEM) to define conductive zones and a gravity survey to locate rock units of high density. The target is nickel-copper-PGE bearing massive sulphide mineralization that is typically characterized by high conductivity, high density and high magnetic susceptibility. The area has previously been surveyed by a low level airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey as well as MMI (Man Machine Interface) See HMI.

 soil geochemistry.

Recent regional studies by the U.S. Geological Survey and Bureau of Land Management have defined a highly conductive zone (magnetotelluric survey), with coincident high gravity and magnetics, that has a potential strike length of over 10 miles within the core of the Dunite Hill Complex. The conductor appears to lie within one mile of surface, possibly continuing towards surface around the periphery of the intrusion. Preliminary modeling suggests a flat-lying, highly conductive, dense and magnetic body that could be caused in part by massive to disseminated sulphide mineralization. Gravity and magnetic data suggest an intrusive feeder zone beneath the deeper, western portion of the anomaly. The shallow eastern portion has no root zone and a gentle dip, presenting an ideal trap for magmatic sulphide accumulation. Integrating this data, the Company has produced a compelling model for the occurrence of Noril'sk style mineralization within the Dunite Hill intrusive complex.

The 150 square mile MAN project is ideally situated in east central Alaska, south of Fairbanks and northeast of Anchorage and is accessible by two paved highways. The Company is in the planning stages for the field program that will follow the current geophysical program. The summer 2003 program will include additional MMI soil sampling followed by drilling coincident UTEM and gravity anomalies.
