Dune Networks Appoints CFO In Company Expansion.

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Dune Networks, a leading provider of next generation networking devices for broadband networks, including intelligent and scalable switching fabrics and distributed standards-compliant traffic management solutions, announced today that Mr. Ofer Aish, former CFO of Teledata and Executive VP of Orbotech Inc., has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

According to Eyal Dagan, Dune's CEO, "Dune's technological success is proven by a customer base comprised of tens of Tier 1 customers who have already integrated and implemented our industry leading technologies into full production. As the company expands, we are happy to have Ofer on board to utilize his expertise and assist us in implementing new corporate financial reporting methods, while controlling and enhancing existing operations and quality procedures."

With 10 years of financial and operations experience, Mr. Aish previously served as CFO for Teledata Networks, where he directed all of the company's financial activities, including fundraising, IPO strategy and implementation. Prior to that, he served as Executive VP for Orbotech Inc., managing all of company's financial, business and operational activities.
