The third building of 143,000 square feet is estimated to cost approximately $20 million, and will commence at Lenovo's option in January of 2008 for occupancy in 2009. In addition to Lenovo's 1,800 existing jobs in the Triangle, the company will create an additional 400 new jobs, which will be housed on the new campus.
