Going forward, Bremner Healthcare will be known as Bremner-Duke Healthcare Real Estate ("Bremner-Duke"), and will operate as a separate division of Duke. In the next several days, Duke also plans to close on the acquisition of Bremner Healthcare's remaining 50% interest in the healthcare properties owned by the previous Duke-Bremner joint venture.
