Duke Realty Announces Two Major Build-to-Suit Projects in Columbus, Ohio.

) announced that it has commenced development of two industrial build-to-suit developments for two national clients. These two facilities will be located at the Company's new industrial park, Park 70 at West Jefferson West Jefferson is the name of three communities in the United States of America:

  • West Jefferson, Ohio

These developments mark the first of what is expected to be a 6.8 million square foot development.

, Restoration Hardware is a specialty retailer of high quality home furnishings, bath fixtures and bathware, functional and decorative hardware, gifts and related merchandise that reflects the company's classic and authentic American point of view. This facility will primarily serve as a fulfillment center for the company's east coast retail stores and its non-furniture direct-to-customer business. Restoration Hardware expects nearly 350 jobs to be created after the facility is completed by July 2008.
