Chris Seger, Executive Vice President of National Development for Duke Realty added that several REITS REITS Real Estate Investors of the Tri-States (Harrison, TN) , pension funds, and investment firms invested over $1 billion in 2003 and have allocated another $1 billion for 2004 in healthcare real estate.
