Retail prices of diesel in Dubai will be cut yet again today, according to oil retailers Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc), Emirates Petroleum Products Company (Eppco) and Emarat.

This is the fourth cut in less than a month and it will bring down diesel prices by 50 fils a gallon, company sources were quoted as saying in a Gulf News report.

'The price of diesel at Dubai's pumps will come down to Dh17.25 a gallon from Dh17.75 a gallon from midnight,' stated one source.

This cut was in line with the sharp fall in global oil prices.

Though Dubai's three oil retailers buy diesel at global prices, they adjust local prices according to the landed cost of the commodity.
