Dubai slashes diesel prices again.

This is the fourth cut in less than a month and it will bring down diesel prices by 50 fils a gallon gallon: see English units of measurement. ,company sources were quoted as saying in a Gulf News report.

'The price of diesel at Dubai's pumps will come down to Dh17.25 a gallon from Dh17.75 a gallon from midnight,' stated one source.

This cut was in line with the sharp fall in global oil prices.

Though Dubai's three oil retailers buy diesel at global prices, they adjust local prices according to the landed cost of the commodity.
