Dubai ruler holds talks with British FM.


LONDON, Nov 23 (KUNA) -- British Foreign Secretary David Miliband called

and by a further 13 percent in the 1st quarter 2009, making it by far the UKs

largest export market in the Middle East and North Africa. As both Dubai and the UK emerge from the effects of the world economic

crisis, Britain hopes to see these economic relations grow further, it went on. The Ruler of Dubai arrived here yesterday at the start of an official visit

to the UK.
