DuPont acquires the animal health business assets of BioSentry Inc. The acquisition furthers DuPont's strategy and positioning as a global leader in the safety and protection industry. BioSentry offers a comprehensive biosecurity program, including an integrated line of innovative clean and disinfectant products that are tailored to address specific needs in animal and food safety. BioSentry will be integrated into the DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise business.
