DuPont Photomasks Names Kevin P. Hegarty to Board of Directors.


ROUND ROCK, Texas -- DuPont Photomasks, Inc. (Nasdaq:DPMI (DOS Protected Mode Interface) A Microsoft programming interface that allowed a DOS-extended program to run cooperatively under Windows 3.x. Hegarty has been named to the Company's board of directors. Hegarty's appointment has increased DuPont Photomasks' board from eight to nine members. He will also serve as an additional member on the Company's audit committee.

Hegarty's career has spanned 25 years in financial accounting and management positions in both public and private enterprises.
