 Kabushiki Kaisha Kabushiki kaisha or kabushiki gaisha (株式会社  announced plans to open a new DuPont Automotive Center in Nagoya Nagoya (nä'gō`yä), city (1990 pop. 2,154,793), capital of Aichi prefecture, central Honshu, Japan, on Ise Bay. A major port, transportation hub, and industrial center, it has iron- and steelworks, textile mills, aircraft factories,  City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The center is scheduled to be operational in October.
