Drug giant taps Jones Lang LaSalle for RE services.


Jones Lang LaSalle Lasalle (ləsăl`) or Ville Lasalle (vēl), city (1991 pop. 73,804), S Que., Canada, SW of Montreal on the St. Lawrence River at the head of the Lachine Rapids. It is a suburb of Montreal. announced it has been selected by pharmaceutical leader Schering-Plough Corporation of Kenilworth Kenilworth (kĕn`əlwûrth'), town (1991 pop. 16,782), Warwickshire, central England. A market town and bedroom community, it is famous for the ruins of Kenilworth Castle, celebrated in Sir Walter Scott's novel Kenilworth and founded c.1120 by Geoffrey de Clinton. In the 13th cent., N.J., to deliver a broad range of real estate services to office, R&D and manufacturing facilities.

The assignment encompasses all acquisition and disposition activity for Schering-Plough's owned and leased space in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. Schering-Plough selected Jones Lang LaSalle after a comprehensive and competitive selection process that included major corporate real estate services firms.

"We are extremely excited to broaden our relationship with Schering-Plough," said Walter Blyzniuk, Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tom Reilly, Executive Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's New Jersey office, has been named the Global Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for the Schering-Plough account.

"The opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of real estate services in every country where Schering-Plough has operations is very exciting for us," said Reilly. "I'm confident that we'll be able to add strategic value in managing this large portfolio of assets."
