Drug chain is new East Coast neighbor.


Rockrose Development Corporation has leased 10,000 s/f to New York New York, state, United States

 drug and convenience store, Duane Reade Duane Reade is a chain of drugstores/convenience stores, primarily located in New York City. History
Founded in 1960, the chain started with three stores, named after the location of the company's warehouse between Duane and Reade Streets on Broadway in lower Manhattan.
, at East Coast, its luxury rental complex in Long Island City.

Duane Reade has signed a 15-year lease in this, the second of Rockrose's two East Coast rental towers. Duane Reade is expected to open in 2008 when the second tower is completed. The first tower is already 80% occupied.
