, 27, of Cleveland police, was charged in relation to the death of Aimee Welsh, 25, in a road accident on October 18 last year, the Independent Police Complaints Commission said.

Ms Welsh died from multiple injuries nearly a month after her car was hit by a Cleveland Police van responding to an emergency call.
