DAVE A file sharing program from Thursby Software Systems, Inc., Arlington, TX (www.thursby.com) that allows a Macintosh to share files with a PC. Designed specifically for and needing installation only on the Mac, DAVE works with Microsoft's native SMB/CIFS file sharing protocols and uses  WAFER, business manager for Durham County Durham County has several possible meanings:
  • Durham County, North Carolina in the United States
  • Durham County, Ontario (a/k/a Durham Regional Municipality) in Canada
  • County Durham in England
 Council's Highways Management Services said the toll had been suspended indefinitely.

"Until their excavations are complete, we cannot effect repairs and the bollard will remain out of action and the access charge suspended.

"This work has led to significant disruption in the immediate area and access to and from the peninsula being managed by traffic lights.

"To minimise inconvenience, we would urge people only to access the Market Place and peninsula areas if absolutely necessary.

"At this stage, we are not yet able to say how long the archaeological excavation will take to complete or when the access charge bollard will be back in operation."
