The print driver allows end-users to create and submit one-off jobs from any application -- including Microsoft Office Microsoft's primary desktop applications for Windows and Mac. Depending on the package, it includes some combination of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook along with various Internet and other utilities.  programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint -- by simply selecting the application print function.
