Driver who crushed PC's car gets 6yrs; COP CRAZY 2.

A CRAZED motorist who deliberately used his 4x4 to flatten a police car was jailed for six years yesterday.

Martin Davies was fleeing the officer after being spotted using his mobile at the wheel.

, Judge Mark Furness QC said: "This was a frightening and shocking experience for the officer.

"It is remarkable that he suffered only minor injuries in the final collision."

Dad-of-two Davies, of Penlan, Swansea, admitted attempting to cause GBH GBH (in Britain and South Africa) grievous bodily harm  and dangerous driving.
