Elton Ray Platt of Sutherlin was driving a 1989 Dodge sedan Sedan (sədäN`), town (1990 pop. 22,407), Ardennes dept., NE France, on the Meuse River. One of his passengers, Mark Eugene Oliver, 46, of Sutherlin, suffered severe head injuries and was in critical condition at Mercy. A second passenger, Phillip Dale Oliver Dale Oliver is a music composer who works for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling; he was formerly a member of American country music group BlackHawk. Career Music composer for TNA , 53, of Sutherlin, had bumps and bruises but declined treatment. The pavement was wet and visibility low because of fog at the time, the sheriff's office said.
