If you're bored with straight Irish whiskey well why not try these cocktails to warm you up on those cold winter nights.

Cherry Berry

Served in a highball glass, shaken and strained over cubed ice.

20ml Jameson Irish Whiskey

20ml amaretto am·a·ret·to  
n. pl. am·a·ret·tos
An Italian liqueur flavored with almond.

10ml creme de fraise Noun 1. creme de fraise - strawberry-flavored liqueur
cordial, liqueur - strong highly flavored sweet liquor usually drunk after a meal
 

Dash maraschino mar·a·schi·no  
n. pl. mar·a·schi·nos
A cordial made from the fermented juice and crushed pits of the marasca cherry.



[Italian, from marasca, marasca, from amarasca
 Liqueur/cherry juice

75ml pineapple juice

Garnish cherry/strawberry

Fill high ball glass with cubed ice. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake drink with ice. Pour into glass. Garnish with a cherry and a strawberry.

Winter Pudding

Served in a highball glass, build and stir over crushed ice.

50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey

12.5 ml fresh limejuice

Dash gomme syrup

Dash ginger cordial

Pinch of cinnamon

Fresh strawberries

Garnish strawberry fan

3/4 fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add two diced strawberries, add rest of ingredients and stir with a bar spoon. Top up with crushed ice and garnish with a strawberry fan

Apricot Blazer

Prepared in a snifter, flame and stir.

50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey

15ml apricot brandy

4/5 dried apricots

2 Bar spoons brown sugar

Orange and lemon zest

Pour Jameson into snifter glass and add sugar. Heat and flame the liquid while adding fruit and liqueur liqueur (lĭkûr`), strong alcoholic beverage made of almost neutral spirits, flavored with herb mixtures, fruits, or other materials, and usually sweetened. The name derives from the Latin word to melt. . Transfer contents to clean, cold glass and garnish with orange zest.
