Winter Pudding Served in a highball glass, build and stir over crushed ice. 50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey 12.5 ml fresh limejuice Dash gomme syrup Dash ginger cordial Pinch of cinnamon Fresh strawberries Garnish strawberry fan 3/4 fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add two diced strawberries, add rest of ingredients and stir with a bar spoon. Top up with crushed ice and garnish with a strawberry fan Apricot Blazer Prepared in a snifter, flame and stir. 50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey 15ml apricot brandy 4/5 dried apricots 2 Bar spoons brown sugar Orange and lemon zest Pour Jameson into snifter glass and add sugar. Heat and flame the liquid while adding fruit and liqueur liqueur (lĭkûr`), strong alcoholic beverage made of almost neutral spirits, flavored with herb mixtures, fruits, or other materials, and usually sweetened.
