Drink drive figures drop by over 20%; MOTORING.THE number of drink drivers detected by Scots police in a summer crackdown has fallen by over 20% from last year. But a top police officer said having 267 drivers stopped for being under the influence was no cause for celebration. Of the total 14 were deemed unfit unfit not properly prepared, e.g. physically incapable of performing hard work as in racing, because of lack of training. Said also of food prepared unhygienically. unfit for human consumption through drugs and one through drink. The others either failed a breath test or refused to take one, which counts as a positive test.
