, Inc. has been agreed to in a definitive settlement agreement. The Company expects to recognize resulting license revenue in the net amount of $765,000 upon receipt of payment from Dolby."

On August 13, 2001, Dolby made the full payment required by the definitive settlement agreement, which relates to motion picture digital sound. Therefore, the net amount of approximately $765,000 will be recognized by the Company as license revenue in this quarter ending September 30, 2001. The Company does not manufacture or market products for the motion picture industry.
