Dream team moves to CBRE.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that the investment sales team of Robert J. Fahey Jr., Michael D. Hines, Michael Blunt blunt (blunt) having a thick or dull edge or point; not sharp.  and Lizann McGowan has joined CB Richard Ellis' Investment Properties Group.

The new team will be a part of the Investment Properties Group, which focuses on the disposition and acquisition of income producing properties for third-party clients.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Fahey has completed transactions in excess of $4 billion, including over $750 million during the last 2 years. He has placed within the top three percent for revenue production nationally from 1993 through 2003. Fahey is a graduate of Temple University.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Hines has closed transactions in excess of $3 billion including over $750 million during the last 2 years. He has ranked within the top three percent for revenue production nationally for 11 years straight and been recognized with the National Client Service Excellence Award. Hines is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Blunt has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience. In 2002, Blunt was ranked number one on Black's Guide List of Philadelphia's Top 10 Real Estate Brokers Under the Age of 35. He is a graduate of Lehigh University Lehigh University, at Bethlehem, Pa.; coeducational; chartered and opened 1866 by Asa Packer. It has undergraduate colleges of arts and science, business and economics, and engineering and applied science, as well as several graduate programs. .

McGowan has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. She received the "Deal of the Year" Award in 1996 for her involvement in the disposition of the former headquarters of Bell Atlantic at One Parkway. McGowan in a graduate from Villanova University Villanova University (vĭl'ənō`və), at Villanova, Pa., near Philadelphia; Roman Catholic; est. 1842 as a men's school, coeducational since 1967. .
