Dr. Ron Price Joins Atlas Mining Company Board of Directors.

OSBURN, Idaho -- Atlas Mining Company (OTCBB:ALMI) announce today the appointment of Dr. Ronald Price to the board of directors. Dr. Price's appointment was made in light of the recent resignation of long term director Tom Groce.

Dr. Price is employed at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC, and is the inventor of microtubular technology which was patented by the US Navy and the Department of Defense. Through Dr. Price's efforts the Dragon Mine halloysite has become the product of choice for many applications using this technology.
