) announced today that David Winter, MD has been appointed to the Company's advisory board.

In the late 1970's Dr. Winter directed his career into the private industry sector where he focused his efforts in pharmaceutical/medical companies.

His experience includes: President and COO of GenPharm International, President and COO of SangStat Medical Corp. and most recently President and COO of Human Organ Sciences.

Dr. Winter is an experienced physician with a strong background in managing the complex clinical development and approval process. He previously served as President of the Sandoz Research Institute and as Vice President of Clinical Research and Development for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. At Sandoz, he led the development, registration and approval of cyclosporine as well as six other major compounds. He earned his MD at the Washington University School of Medicine Washington University School of Medicine, located in St. Louis, Missouri, is one of the most competitive and highly regarded medical schools and biomedical research institutes in the United States.  in St. Louis.

Currently Dr. Winter is President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. In other news, Human BioSystems, announced that it has signed an agreement with Langley Park Investments Plc for the purchase by the investment company of US $930,999 of Human BioSystems common stock in exchange for shares of the investment company.
