Luxury condominium sales are to begin at The Downtown Club, an Art Deco art deco (ärt dĕkō`; är dākō`, ärt) or art moderne (är môdĕrn`, ärt)  landmarked building at 20 West St. that formerly served as the headquarters of the Downtown Athletic Club The Downtown Athletic Club was an athletic club in a 35-story building located at 19 West Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City, USA. It was founded in 1926. By 1927, it had purchased this site next to the Hudson River to construct its own building.  and the home of the mythic Heisman Trophy Heisman Trophy

Under development by The Moinian Group, the 288 studio, one-bedroom and penthouse residences, some with home offices and lofts, are priced from $475,000 to over $1.65 million. Occupancy is scheduled for late summer/early fall.
