Downtown culture stars.The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council will hold its annual benefit on May 26th, along with a silent auction to raise funds for its arts programs and services. Charlie Rose will act as master of ceremonies for this years' event, which celebrates the close of LMCC's successful 30th year and honors Liz Thompson, executive director from 1997 to 2003.
