The New York-style deli will open for business on Monday, and within six months it will have online ordering capabilities, Sajovitz said.

Sajovitz and partners Mike Zello and Steve Allen have 40 years combined experience in the catering and. restaurant business. They also employ 15 workers, four of whom are delivery drivers.
