, and their joint venture partner Barry Feldman, of FELDCO Development Corp., announced the opening of their anchor tenant Shaw's Supermarket, at the 162,891 s/f Manchester Commons shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into , located on South Willow willow, common name for some members of the Salicaceae, a family of deciduous trees and shrubs of worldwide distribution, especially abundant from north temperate to arctic areas.  Street in Manchester.

On Friday, November 7, 2003, Shaw's opened its doors for business in the 70,000 s/f space.

This is the 33rd store for Shaw's in the New Hampshire New Hampshire, one of the New England states of the NE United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts (S), Vermont, with the Connecticut R. forming the boundary (W), the Canadian province of Quebec (NW), and Maine and a short strip of the Atlantic Ocean (E).  area.

The remaining 92,891 s/f in the center are currently under construction.

The entire establishment is expected to open for business in the summer of 2004.

Currently, a total of 73,000 s/f have been leased.
