 & Company has signed a 15-year lease renewal at One World Financial Center, encompassing 151,000 square feet on floors 9, 10 and 11.

Completed in 1985, One World Financial Center is a 40-story tower with over 1.6 million s/f of rentable area, and home to prestigious firms such as Fidelity Investments Fidelity Investments is a group of privately held companies in the financial services industry. It is made up by two independent but closely cooperating companies, Fidelity Management and Research Corporation (FMR Co.  and Deloitte.
