Dow Jones acquires financial publications business.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 1995--Dow Jones & Co. Inc. and Charter Financial Publishing Corp. said Dow Jones has acquired the business of Charter Financial, publisher of Investment Advisor Investment Advisor

The announcement was made today by James H. Ottaway Jr., president, Magazine group of Dow Jones, and Charles Stroller, president of Charter Financial. Terms were not disclosed.
