Dow Jones Newsletters launches new pubs for European buyout & venture capital industry.Dow Jones Newsletters (New York/Paris) is launching two new publications to cover the growing private equity-market in Europe. The first, 'European Buyouts Daily,' was launched at an industry conference held on May 17, while the second, 'VentureWire Europe,' was launched two days later. Both titles are designed to provide a "global perspective" for investors, bankers, lawyers and other professionals in the alternative investment industry. An annual charter subscription to either title costs $1260. Both publications are also designed to be a news source on activities of specific interest to European buyout and venture capital professionals. They will cover "the entire spectrum of European buyout activity," including hard-to-find details on small- to mid-market deals, investment opportunities and sector trends, Dow Jones said. Each will be delivered via e-mail every weekday before 08:00 GMT. Dow Jones Newsletters editorial director Kenneth Anderson said that "professionals working in the market currently have only targeted regional news sources or broader general-finance publications."
