Dow Jones Energy Service Names Karen Matusic to New Special Writer's Position.

 Energy Service. She previously served as a senior editor at the trade publisher Energy Intelligence, where she had a leading role in coverage of U.S. oil markets, the Middle East and postwar Iraq.

Ms. Matusic will fill a new position based in the Newswires' bureau in Washington, D.C., expanding Dow Jones Energy Service's capability at a time when energy news is of crucial importance to all global markets. She will cover the domestic and foreign politics of oil, in addition to writing stories about oil market trends and developments.
