Dow Jones & Company to Webcast Media Week Presentations.

NEW YORK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 9, 2002

Dow Jones & Company announced today that its presentations at the Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse.  and UBS Warburg Media Week conferences will be accessible via a live Internet webcast. The live webcast will be accessible through the Investor Relations section of the Company's Web site, www.dowjones.com.

The Company's UBS Warburg presentation will take place at 10:00 a.m EST EST electroshock therapy.
